Job Title:

HR Executive / HR Generalist

Location: Koramangala, Bangalore (Onsite)

Shift: Day Shift | 5 Days

Working Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in any HR domain

- Salary: Up to ?30,000

- Immediate Joiners preferred

Job Responsibilities - HR Generalist

Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts. Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and ensure smooth integration into the organization.

Employee Engagement & Relations

Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns. Drive employee engagement activities and foster a positive workplace culture. Handle grievance redressal with fairness and confidentiality.

HR Operations & Compliance

Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and databases. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements. Support audits and documentation for HR processes.

Performance Management

Coordinate appraisal cycles, goal-setting, and performance reviews. Support managers in providing feedback and employee development planning.

Payroll & Benefits Administration

Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data. Manage employee benefits, leaves, and attendance records.

Training & Development

Identify training needs and coordinate learning sessions. Support continuous skill development initiatives.

HR Policy & Process Improvement

Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies. Suggest process improvements to enhance HR efficiency.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?32,000.00 per month
