Maintain employee records and update HR databases (e.g., leaves, attendance, personal info).
Assist in payroll inputs and coordination with finance/payroll teams.
Prepare HR reports (e.g., attrition, absenteeism, headcount).
Ensure HR policies are consistently followed and updated as needed.
Support statutory compliance activities (PF, ESI, labor laws, etc.).
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive data.
