Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (screening CVs, scheduling interviews, follow-ups).
Maintain employee records, HR files, and databases.
Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
Assist in attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Support HR documentation such as appointment letters, ID cards, and confirmations.
Assist in organizing training programs and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Support day-to-day HR administrative activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email communication.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Willingness to learn and adapt.
