Maintaining candidate database and recruitment trackers
Handling employee onboarding and documentation
Supporting HR operations and day-to-day activities
Maintaining employee records and HR files
Ensuring smooth communication between management and employees
Required Skills:
Good communication skills
Knowledge of recruitment portals
Basic HR knowledge
MS Office proficiency
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Qualification:
Graduate / MBA HR preferred
