Key Responsibilities:
Employee Lifecycle Management:
Handle joining formalities, documentation, induction, and orientation.
Maintain and update employee records, HRIS, and ensure smooth offboarding.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building:
Plan and execute engagement activities, rewards & recognition programs, and cultural events.
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Reports & Analytics:
Prepare HR dashboards, attrition analysis, headcount reports, and other HR metrics.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
1 - 2 years of hands-on HR generalist experience, preferably in the IT industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.
