Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Manage attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination.
Conduct employee orientation and induction programs.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Handle employee engagement and grievance management.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR operations.
Key Skills:
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of HR processes and statutory compliance.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software (Zoho, HRMS, etc.).
Ability to handle multitasking and maintain confidentiality.
