Coordinate onboarding process for new hires.
Maintain and update employee records.
Assist in HR document preparation.
Handle employee inquiries and engagement activities.
Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
*Oversee all administrative activities at the office, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Ensure HR policies and labour laws compliance.
Assist in performance evaluations and feedback.
Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.
Support development and implementation of SOPs.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Strong work ethic, organizational and multitasking abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving mindset
Experience:
0 to 2 years relevant experience in HR role.
MBA in HR or MHRD / MSW / MLW may apply for this position.
