Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection).
Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
Conduct reference checks and issue offer/appointment letters.
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new employees.
2. Employee Engagement & Relations
Organize employee engagement activities and events.
Address employee queries and grievances effectively.
Maintain healthy workplace culture and open communication channels.
3. HR Operations & Administration
Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files, etc.).
Process payroll inputs and ensure timely salary disbursement in coordination with accounts.
Draft and issue HR letters (confirmation, transfers, warnings, relieving, etc.).
4. Compliance & Policy Implementation
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee exit formalities and full & final settlements.
5. Performance Management & Training
Support in implementation of performance appraisal systems (KRA/KPI).
Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
Track probation reviews and performance improvement plans.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS preferred).
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of relevant HR experience (for Executive role).
