Maintain
attendance, leave, and shift records
for plant employees
Support
payroll processing
and coordinate with accounts/payroll vendors
Ensure compliance with
labor laws and statutory requirements
(PF, ESI, Factory Act, CLRA, etc.)
Maintain employee files, HR records, and MIS reports
Address employee grievances and support employee engagement activities
Assist in
performance appraisal
and confirmation processes
Coordinate training programs and safety-related HR activities
Support disciplinary actions and exit formalities (resignation, F&F, exit interviews)

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
