Process end-to-end monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
Validate attendance, leave, and overtime records from HRMS / Time Management Systems.
Handle statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, LWF, TDS, etc.
Maintain employee records related to payroll, CTC structure, and benefits.
Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare monthly reports for management.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Regional Teams to resolve payroll-related queries.
Assist in audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory laws.
Manage full & final settlements, gratuity, and other exit formalities.
Also Assist in Recruitment
It would be a 70 % of Hr Operations and 30 % TA Role.
