Job Title: HR Executive - Generalist

Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Engagement & Relations:
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
Address employee queries and grievances, escalating complex issues when needed.
Support in implementing employee feedback surveys and action plans.
2. Attendance, Payroll & Leave Management:
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and monthly payroll inputs.
Coordinate with finance/payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
Monitor statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, TDS) and resolve discrepancies.
3. HR Operations & Administration:
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and physical files.
Handle documentation such as confirmation letters, experience letters, warnings, etc.
Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, SOPs, and compliance manuals.
4. Statutory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
Assist in audits and liaise with external consultants for compliance checks.
5. Performance Management:
Support in the performance appraisal process and maintaining evaluation data.
Track probation periods, appraisal cycles, and training needs.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of HR functions and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRMS tools.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
1-3 years of relevant experience as an HR Executive or Generalist.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
