Job Title: HR Executive - Generalist

Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Engagement & Relations:
? Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
? Address employee queries and grievances, escalating complex issues when needed.
? Support in implementing employee feedback surveys and action plans.
2. Attendance, Payroll & Leave Management:
? Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and monthly payroll inputs.
? Coordinate with finance/payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
? Monitor statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, TDS) and resolve discrepancies.
3. HR Operations & Administration:
? Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and physical files.
? Handle documentation such as confirmation letters, experience letters, warnings, etc.
? Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, SOPs, and compliance manuals.
4. Statutory Compliance:
? Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
? Assist in audits and liaise with external consultants for compliance checks.
5. Performance Management:
? Support in the performance appraisal process and maintaining evaluation data.
? Track probation periods, appraisal cycles, and training needs.
Key Skills & Competencies:
? Strong understanding of HR functions and labor laws.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
? Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRMS tools.
? Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
? 1-3 years of relevant experience as an HR Executive or Generalist.

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
