Job Summary
The HR Generalist handles daily HR operations, including staffing, onboarding, benefits administration, and policy enforcement, while ensuring compliance with employment laws. This role supports both employees and management to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.?
Key Responsibilities
Manage full recruitment cycle: post jobs, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate onboarding.?
Resolve employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and provide HR advisory support on grievances, absences, and performance.?
Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation programs; maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems.?
Ensure compliance with labor laws, update policies, and conduct training on safety, development, and regulations.?
Prepare HR reports, support workforce planning, and contribute to employee handbook maintenance.?
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; HR certifications like SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.?
3-5 years of HR experience, ideally in generalist roles.?
Essential Skills
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities with cultural awareness.?
Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office, and knowledge of employment regulations.?
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
