Acquires right talent and inducts them within specified timelines to support the Amingaon unit
Updates database for all employees of the Amingaon unit and furnishes periodic MIS as per laid down norms.
Tracks attendance and provides accurate inputs for payment of salary and facilitates documentation for retirement benefits as per legal stipulations for all employees of the Amingaon unit
Conducts daily inspection of the plant and depot at Amingaon and reports efficiency parameters as per checklist for continuous improvement
Facilitates performance management for all employees of the Amingaon unit as per policy and activity calendar
Facilitates L&D for all employees of the Amingaon unit as per policy and activity calendar
Facilitates implementation of Reward and Recognition programs as well as employee events as per laid down norms and activity calendar for the Amingaon unit.
Must Have
Must be well versed in MS-Office/ Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with candidates, employees, and department heads.
