This role involves identifying training needs, developing and delivering training initiatives, as well as establishing measurable performance standards that align with business goals. The specialist will work closely with leadership to enhance both individual and organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Track the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys, quizzes, and performance assessments.
Work with managers and team leads to help set SMART goals for employees that align with organizational objectives.
Conduct training needs analysis and design development programs aligned with business goals.
Deliver, monitor, and evaluate training sessions to enhance employee capability and performance.
Lead and coordinate the performance management cycle, including goal setting and reviews.
Support continuous feedback, coaching, and performance improvement initiatives.
Analyze performance and training data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Drive employee engagement, recognition, and retention programs.
Prepare HR, PMS, and L&D reports to support management decisions and organizational growth.
