to support and enhance our Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR compliance, and day-to-day HR functions while maintaining a professional and student-friendly environment on campus.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews.
Manage onboarding, documentation, ID creation, and orientation for new employees.
Maintain employee records, HR files, attendance, and leave management systems.
Support payroll coordination by sharing attendance and required inputs on time.
Assist in policy implementation, code-of-conduct adherence, and HR compliance.
Address employee queries and support grievance handling with professionalism.
Coordinate training programs, workshops, and employee engagement initiatives.
Assist in performance evaluation processes and appraisal documentation.
Ensure smooth HR operations and coordination between departments.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, documentation, and compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite.
Ability to multitask and manage campus-level HR operations efficiently.
Positive attitude, confidentiality, and a professional approach.
