Key Responsibilities:
Human Resource Management:
Handle recruitment and documentation of employees.
Maintain attendance, payroll, and compliance records.
Develop and implement HR policies and employee engagement activities.
Daily attendance monitoring of employees
Daily updates on each employee's KRA (Key Responsibility Areas)
Ensuring all employees are effectively performing their KRAs
Conducting weekly performance reviews for all employees
Providing weekly performance updates to upper management
Managing compliance with employee and labor laws
Overseeing on-boarding processes for new employees
Maintaining company culture and office decorum
Creating and maintaining backup plans for employee replacement
Organizing interviews to build a future employee backup pool
Conducting salary and position negotiations with new hires
Operations Management:
Oversee material procurement and logistics coordination.
Support site teams in managing daily operational requirements.
Maintain records for labour, vendors, and project materials.
Assist in budgeting, billing, and administrative tasks.
Ensure smooth communication between office and project sites.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration / Operations (MBA preferred).
1-2 years of relevant experience (preferably in construction or project-based companies).
Salary ?15,000 - ?20,000
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of MS Office, HR software, and basic accounting.
Ability to multitask and handle office work.
