Employee Relations & Engagement
: Address employee concerns and maintain a positive workplace culture
HR Operations & Administration
: Maintain HR records, employee databases, and HR management systems. Support payroll processing and benefits administration
Training & Development
: Identify employee training needs and coordinate training sessions.
Compliance & Legal Requirements
: Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and company regulations. Handle disciplinary procedures and grievance resolution.
