Job Description

Recruitment and onboarding:

Source, interview, and hire candidates; manage the onboarding process for new employees.

Policy and compliance:

Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures; ensure the company complies with all labor laws and regulations.

Performance and development:

Oversee performance management systems and employee evaluations; coordinate and facilitate training and development programs.

Employee relations:

Manage employee relations, address grievances, and handle disciplinary procedures and investigations.

Compensation and benefits:

Administer payroll and employee benefits, such as health insurance.

Record keeping:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.

Engagement and culture:

Promote a positive work environment and help shape the company culture through various initiatives.
Key skills and qualifications

A bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HR software and tools. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Experience in performance management, recruitment, and employee relations.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
