Key Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment and onboarding of teaching and non-teaching staff
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
Assist in performance evaluations and payroll coordination
Ensure HR policies and statutory compliances are followed
Support employee engagement and grievance redressal initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR / related field (MBA preferred)
2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in a school.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools
