Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Build and maintain a pipeline of talented candidates for multiple industries/businesses.
Understand business requirements and create role-specific hiring strategies.
Coordinate with the founder and business heads to ensure smooth hiring processes.
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR-related documentation.
Support in setting up HR policies and performance management practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment / HR (agency or in-house).
Strong communication, people skills, and networking ability.
Ability to handle multiple roles/businesses simultaneously.
Self-motivated, organized, and proactive in problem-solving.
Knowledge of modern recruitment tools, LinkedIn, and job portals.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
