This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in Human Resources with exposure to recruitment, employee interaction, and office coordination.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls for recruitment and follow-ups.Screen candidates over the phone and schedule interviews.Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees.Maintain candidate and employee records.Coordinate with different departments for HR-related tasks.Support day-to-day HR activities and documentation.Handle basic administrative and front-office tasks when required.Key Skills Required:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Confident and comfortable in making calls.Good presentability and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism.Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.Freshers are welcome; internship or project experience in HR is a plus.What We Offer:A supportive and friendly work environment.Opportunity to grow within the HR domain.Training and mentorship from experienced professionals.
