Key Responsibilities:

Manage

end-to-end IT recruitment

, including sourcing, screening, evaluating, and selecting candidates. Draft and post job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms. Identify suitable candidates through

Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing channels

. Conduct initial telephonic rounds to evaluate candidate's technical understanding and suitability. Coordinate interviews with internal teams and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
