Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support onboarding and induction of new hires.
- Help coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Manage attendance and leave records in HR software/tools.
- Assist with documentation and compliance-related tasks (PF, ESI, etc.).
- Respond to basic employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR team.
- Support in organizing training programs or HR initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of HR functions
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Eagerness to learn and grow in an HR role
