MBA or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Experience:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR functions preferred
Freshers with strong knowledge in HR concepts are also encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Support in payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance processes
Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries
Coordinate training and employee engagement activities
Ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of HR concepts and practices
Ability to work proactively and handle multiple tasks
Basic knowledge of MS Office tools
Salary:
?13,000 - ?15,000 per month
Work Schedule:
Monday to Saturday
