HR Executive (Fresher)

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
Coordinate HR activities, meetings, and employee engagement events.
Help in payroll processing and attendance management.
Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR functions.
Maintain confidentiality of employee data and company information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR processes and policies.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
