Key Responsibilities
Assist in
end-to-end recruitment
(job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups).
Maintain and update
employee records
(attendance, leaves, personal files, HRMS).
Support
onboarding and induction
process for new employees.
Coordinate
training and development activities
.
Handle basic
HR operations
such as preparing offer letters, exit formalities, etc.
Support in
employee engagement activities
(events, surveys, feedback sessions).
Assist in payroll coordination and HR compliance documentation.
Provide general administrative and HR support as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree
in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
0-1 year of experience in HR / recruitment / internships.
Must understanding of the IT Company Staff hiring
Good understanding of basic HR functions and labor laws (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and work in a team environment.
