Your Role: HR Executive - With a Partner Mindset

This is not a regular HR job. You will join the founding team as a strategic partner responsible for shaping the entire People & Culture System of Brew Culture. From recruitment to retention, from staff energy to store-level culture--you'll be hands-on, heart-deep, and growth-focused.

Key Responsibilities

:

Talent Strategy & Hiring

Set up lean yet powerful hiring systems (store & HQ).

Recruit with vision--hire those who live our vibe.

Work with founders to plan team structures for expansion.

Culture and team energy

Build systems that create trust, loyalty, and vibe.

Be the voice between staff and leadership.

Design rituals, rewards, and recognition systems.

HR Foundations (Startup Mode)

Develop SOPs for HR ops, leaves, performance tracking.

Manage contracts, documentation, and onboarding.

Plan scalable systems for future franchise HR rollouts.

Growth & Leadership Development

Identify high-potential staff and help build leaders.

Plan L&D sessions for cafe staff (customer service, attitude, grooming, etc).

Work with outlet managers to align people with results.

Franchise & Partner Support

Design HR packs and hiring kits for new franchisees.

Support them with first hires, training systems, and people setup.

Who You Are (The Ideal Partner) Passionate about people and building from scratch.

1-3 years in HR (but fire in you matters more than years).

Strong communication in Hindi, English, and Marathi.

Confident, grounded, and ready to grow with the brand.
