Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our human resources
operations. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee coordination, follow-ups,
and engagement activities. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are
essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

? Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes: job posting, screening resumes, scheduling
interviews, and follow-ups.
? Coordinate with internal teams and Consultancy for interview scheduling and feedback.
? Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records.
? Support employee onboarding and documentation processes.
? Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
? Assist with daily HR operations, administrative tasks and events

Requirements:

? Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
? Proficient in MS Office , Excel, Word
? Good Communication skill

Preferred Skills:

? Experience in organizing corporate events or engagement initiatives.
? Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
