Job Description
We are looking for HR EXECUTIVE who has excellent communication skills and English language skills.FRESHERS AND EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES WITH GOOD ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS CAN APPLY !!NOTE : Candidates from Chandigarh,panchukula, Mohali and Zirakpur are preferable.PROFILE : HR EXECUTIVE (GENERALIST)ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
- Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Maintain employee files and records in hard and soft copy.
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
- Capture and keep accurate employee data in the HR system and perform general HR Administration duties.
- Taking care of the basic admin & HR responsibilities in office premises.
- Ensure there are no disciplinary issues at the workplace and issue warnings and counsel employees who constantly falter.
- Coordinate with the HR Manager for overall HR practices.
- Candidate must be graduate in any discipline
