Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Management
Lead end-to-end recruitment for sales, supply chain, and operations teams
Build pipelines for regional talent, especially Telugu-speaking candidates
Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a cultural bridge between corporate and field teams
Resolve grievances and foster a positive work environment across Telugu-speaking regions
Performance Management
Align KPIs with business goals and coach managers on performance reviews
Training & Development
Design and deliver training programs in Telugu for frontline staff
Identify skill gaps and implement upskilling initiatives
Compliance & Policy Implementation
Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies
Maintain accurate HR documentation and audit readiness
HR Operations
Manage HRIS systems, payroll coordination, and attendance tracking
Support plant-level HR administration if applicable
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Strong understanding of HR practices in FMCG environments
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Telugu and English
Proficiency in HRIS tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to travel across regional offices/plants as needed
Preferred Attributes
Experience working with diverse teams across rural and urban settings
Familiarity with local labor regulations in Andhra Pradesh/Telangana
Empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a proactive problem-solving mindset
Must have the knowledge of all AP/Telugana areas.
Must have experience in hired FMCG sales officer (SO)
