Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies on portals
Conduct employee orientation and induction programs
Manage payroll inputs, leave records, and compliance reports
Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and employee development activities
Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure smooth communication
Support HR policies, procedures, and organizational guidelines
Organize employee engagement activities and events
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and maintain proper documentation
Ensure a positive and professional work environment
Assist in exit formalities and full & final settlements
