The Retail HR Executive will handle day-to-day HR operations for our retail stores, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, employee relations, and store-level compliance. She will support store teams, ensure smooth manpower management, and help maintain a positive and disciplined work environment across all retail locations.
Key Responsibilities (Short):
Manage end-to-end recruitment for store staff (FA, Store Managers, CSA).
Handle onboarding, documentation, ID creation, and HR induction.
Maintain attendance, leaves, and daily/weekly manpower reports.
Resolve employee queries and support store-level HR issues.
Coordinate payroll inputs: attendance, late marks, overtime, incentives.
Ensure discipline, grooming standards, and code of conduct compliance.
Support performance reviews, confirmations, and exit formalities.
Conduct store visits for audits, staff engagement, and training needs.
Skills Required:
Good communication, confident personality, and people-handling skills.
Knowledge of retail HR operations and basic labor compliance.
Strong coordination, follow-up, and reporting ability.
