HR Executive
to join our team and contribute to the efficient management and continuous improvement of HR processes and people initiatives.
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance activities. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to people and process management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Support attendance management and performance tracking activities.
Assist in organizing employee engagement programs and address employee concerns.
Coordinate with management for HR operations, reporting, and policy implementation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience may apply.
Willingness to work in night shifts.
Only female candidates are eligible for this role.
Salary and Benefits
Salary:
?18,000 - ?20,000 (based on interview performance)
