Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment process Screen resumes and schedule interviews Maintain candidate database and follow up regularly Coordinate with clients and candidates for updates Support HR team in daily operations and documentation

Graduate (BBA/B.Com/BA or similar) Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) Positive attitude and willingness to learn
