Job Summary

:

Thatha Patti Elders Foundation is seeking a proactive and organized

female HR Executive

to manage basic HR operations including recruitment, employee management, and office coordination. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR activities and ensure smooth communication within the organization. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Eligibility Criteria

:

Gender

: Female candidates only.

Qualification

: Any Degree (MBA in HR preferred).

Communication Skills

: Basic communication skills are required (Tamil preferred; English is an advantage).

Experience

: Freshers are welcome; Candidates with prior HR/Admin experience are preferred.

Job Type

: Full-time position only (No part-time/freelance).

Salary and Benefits

:

Salary: ₹12,000 to ?15,000 per month (based on experience). With Stay: Free Food & Accommodation provided. Without Stay: Candidates can choose if they prefer to stay externally.

Key Responsibilities

:

Assist in recruitment activities (scheduling interviews, following up with candidates). Maintain employee records and documentation. Handle onboarding and induction for new employees. Support HR policies implementation and monitor staff adherence. Assist with daily administrative tasks. Coordinate with departments for staffing needs and other HR-related queries. Manage attendance, leaves, and basic payroll inputs. Maintain confidentiality of HR information. Ensure smooth internal communication between staff and management.
