Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
Manage employee documentation, attendance, and payroll coordination.
Conduct induction programs and assist in training & development initiatives.
Support employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work environment.
Assist in HR policy implementation and compliance with labor laws.
Maintain HR records, reports, and databases.
Address employee queries and act as a point of contact for HR-related concerns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
0-2 years of experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of HR operations and recruitment practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
