Handling end to end recruitment
Develop and post job advertisements on various platforms (job portals, social media, company website).
Source and screen candidates through databases, networking, and referrals.
Conduct preliminary interviews (telephonic, virtual, or in-person)
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracking sheets.
