We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the overall employee lifecycle. The role involves handling performance management, onboarding, induction, documentation, and attendance management, ensuring smooth HR processes and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end onboarding and induction process to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
Maintain accurate and update employee records and HR documentation.
Oversee attendance and leave management systems, ensuring timely updates and accuracy.
Support in implementing and monitoring performance management systems.
Familiarity with HRMS (Human Resource Management Systems) and attendance tracking tools.
Good knowledge of labor laws and compliance (employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurance).
Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively support employees and management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR operations or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
