The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations in a jewellery manufacturing setup, including recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, payroll support, and statutory compliance. The role requires hands-on experience in factory-based HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for manufacturing and office roles.
Manage
attendance, leave records, and employee data
.
Coordinate with payroll and accounts team for
salary processing
.
Support
joining, induction, and exit formalities
.
Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
Handle
shop-floor HR coordination
and workforce communication.
Assist in statutory compliance such as
ESI, PF, and labour records
.
Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Support management in day-to-day HR operations and reporting.
Required Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of HR operations in a
manufacturing environment
.
Basic understanding of
labour laws, PF, ESI
, and compliance.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in
MS Excel and HR records management
.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Experience Requirement
Minimum
1 year of experience
as an HR Executive (Jewellery or manufacturing industry preferred).
