Oversee recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees - End to End recruitment.
Manage and resolve employee complaints and grievances.
Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees.
Prepare, update, and maintain HR documents, employee files, and personal records.
Preparing and presenting HR-related reports.
Support employee engagement activities and initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
Responsible to maintain & regularly update HR software.
Stay updated on current industry trends and best practices in HR management.
Managing employee separation processes
Required Skills:
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
Experience in recruiting, training, or organizational development.
Fluency in English communication written and verbal
Strong interpersonal skills.
Understanding of HR practices.
Managerial skills.
