Job Description
Should have MBA HR with min 6 to 12 months of experience as HR for IT/Non-IT industry or Consultancy.
Should understand our in-house/clients business requirements and be familiar with IT skills & technologies.
Should handle End to End HR activities such as HR policies, hiring, induction, performance, salary negotiation, follow-up, etc.
Should manage the consultants and workforce being deployed for projects.
Should have experience on Payroll Management and Statutory Compliance TDS, PF, ESI, PT, etc.
Should identify right talents from various Job Portals / Social Professional Network / References,etc. and ensure the positions get closed.
Should have good communication skill in written and oral.
