Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of hospital staff (doctors, nurses, technicians, administrative staff)
Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation
Handle attendance, shift schedules, leave management, and coordination with department heads
Assist in payroll processing and salary administration
Address employee grievances and support employee relations
Coordinate training, induction, and orientation programs
Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities
Handle exit formalities and conduct exit interviews
Assist in HR audits and prepare HR reports as required
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/MBA
Minimum 1 year of HR experience in a hospital or healthcare setup (preferred)
Knowledge of hospital HR operations, staffing norms, and compliance
Familiarity with payroll, attendance systems, and HR software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office
