HR Executive (Female) -
Location: Vyttila, Kochi

Role Overview
The HR Executive will support day-to-day HR operations, focusing on employee management, recruitment and onboarding, and compliance with Indian labour laws. The role requires a people-centric professional who can work closely with management and staff to maintain a positive and compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Manage employee lifecycle activities including joining, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and issuing offer letters.
Handle onboarding and induction for new employees and ensure smooth integration into the organization.
Support payroll inputs by providing accurate attendance, leave, and employee data to the finance team.
Ensure adherence to Indian labour laws and HR policies; assist in statutory compliance documentation.
Address basic employee queries related to HR policies, leave, and benefits.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, trainings, and HR initiatives.
Prepare periodic HR reports and share insights with management.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Graduate degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field).
Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR role.
Basic knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRMS is an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Preferred Profile
Female candidates currently based in or willing to relocate to Vyttila, Kochi.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
