To manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee relations, and supporting organizational HR initiatives to ensure a productive and compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Manage onboarding formalities including documentation, induction, and ID creation.
Maintain employee records in HRMS or manual registers.
Attendance & Payroll Support
Track daily attendance, leave management, and shift schedules.
Coordinate with accounts/payroll teams to ensure accurate salary processing.
Maintain records for overtime, incentives, and deductions.
Statutory Compliance
Assist in maintaining compliance with
ESI, PF, gratuity, professional tax
, and
labor law registers
.
Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and coordinate with consultants if required.
Support internal and external audits.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Address employee queries and grievances with a proactive approach.
Support initiatives like training programs, employee welfare, and engagement activities.
Foster a positive and safe work environment in alignment with company values.
HR Administration
Maintain personnel files, letters, and HR databases.
Prepare HR reports -- attrition, manpower status, leave summaries, etc.
Ensure smooth coordination between HR and other departments.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
HR / Business Administration / Commerce
.
1-3 years of experience in HR (manufacturing / food industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of labor laws and factory compliance.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
