The HR Executive - Recruitment will be primarily responsible for
end-to-end talent acquisition
across consulting and support roles. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions efficiently while coordinating closely with business stakeholders. Limited core HR activities will support recruitment and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for junior to mid-level roles across departments
Source candidates via
Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
Conduct
resume screening and telephonic interviews
for skill & cultural fit
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups,
offer letters, and onboarding formalities
Maintain
recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports
Handle
basic HR operations
including employee records (joining & exits), attendance, leave tracking, and support in implementing HR policies related to recruitment & onboarding
Qualifications Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
