Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling and conducting interviews.
Handle employee onboarding, documentation and maintain HR records.
Assist in payroll preparation and attendance management.
Support employee engagement activities and resolve basic HR queries.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain company standards.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
Requirements
Minimum
1 year HR experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and basic HR procedures.
