Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Managing the entire hiring cycle, from job analysis and sourcing to onboarding.
Employee Relations: Addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and promoting a harmonious work environment.
Performance Management: Designing and implementing appraisal systems, providing feedback, and managing promotions/transfers.
Compensation & Benefits: Administering payroll, designing benefits packages, and managing employee compensation.
HR Policy & Compliance: Developing, updating, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and labor laws.
Employee Records: Maintaining accurate employee data, attendance, and compliance records.
Employee Engagement & Development: Organizing events, identifying training needs, and implementing welfare initiatives.
