Role: HR Responsibility Deliverable- HR
1. Handling Talent acquisition till mid-level.
2. Job post in various job portals.
3. Tie-up with new recruiter and coordinate with existing.
4. Taking follow-up on interview with candidate.
5. Responsible for documentation of new hires.
6. Maintaining HR dashboards / MIS.
7. Preparing Training Report.
8. Preparing client related letter.
9. Prepare appointment letter, confirmation letter, warning letters etc.
10.Coordinate with team.
11. Follow-up with the client as per requirement.
12.Assisting Manager for any business requirement
13.Taking part in trainings as required by manager Admin
1. Vendor management.
2. Inventory Management.
3. Preparing report on IN/Out inventory.
4. Share quotation to client as per requirement.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
