We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
HR Operations Executive
to manage core HR processes, employee lifecycle activities, documentation, and day-to-day operational support. The role ensures smooth HR functioning, accurate data management, compliance, and coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Attendance & Payroll Support
Track attendance, leaves, and shift details.
Coordinate with the payroll team for timely salary processing.
Maintain monthly MIS reports for attendance and payroll.
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
Assist in statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
Support HR audits and ensure adherence to company policies.
Employee Support & Coordination
Address day-to-day employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, etc.
Facilitate internal communication and circulate HR announcements.
Support employee engagement activities and events.
Administration & Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams for operational requirements.
Manage vendor communication for HR-related services.
Handle office administration tasks when required.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of HR processes & HRMS
Proficient in MS Excel and reporting (MIS)
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration
MBA in HR (preferred)
0-3 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Executive roles
