Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Source, screen, and interview candidates.
Conduct background checks and coordinate onboarding processes.
Develop job descriptions and hiring strategies.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Address employee concerns and grievances professionally.
Promote a healthy work environment through engagement programs.
Facilitate training and development initiatives.
HR Operations & Compliance:
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Handle payroll processing, leave management, and attendance tracking.
Performance Management & Development:
Oversee performance appraisal processes.
Identify training needs and arrange development programs.
Implement career growth strategies for employees.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
minimum 6 month of experience in an HR role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
Experience in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
